Moon walk in Lava Tube.

Moon walk is an extremely rare movement bug that can occur in all 3 games of the Jak trilogy. When the bug occurs, Jak's body and movement animations fix into one direction. Jak is still able to move around in all directions, but his body and animations will remain fixed in one direction.

It is thought that the punch glitch can trigger moon walking.
