Acquiring teleporter menu storage.

Teleporter menu storage, or TMS, is a trick that allows the teleporter menu to still be accessible after exiting a teleporter.

By pressing the Cross (X) and Circle buttons on the same frame after entering the teleporter, you can exit the portal while keeping the teleporter menu up. You can then subsequently press the button combination on the same frame again in certain areas of the game to be teleported between checkpoints in the level. This allows for certain levels to be completed very quickly or skipped entirely.
