Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy is the first installment in the Jak and Daxter series. The game was developed by Naughty Dog and released on December 4, 2001.
The game has been ported to every PlayStation console after the PlayStation 2, minus the PSP. In 2022, a PC port was created by fans as part of the OpenGOAL project.
