Any% is a speedrun category known for having little to no restrictions. It is the fastest, and sometimes most difficult, speedrun category for most games.

Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy

The theoretical best possible time for this category is 14:34 as seen in the tool assisted speedrun (TAS) created by Snugggles.

Rules

The currently listed rules for Low Eco are as follows:

Making use of the following will invalidate a run without exceptions:

  • Disc tray manipulation
  • Any form of speeding-up the runtime of the game.
    • via Progressive Scan
    • any possible future methods (e.g. gameshark, or modified software/hardware)
  • Emulators (ie. PCSX2)
  • Enabling developer tools of any form (aka Debug Mode), this includes:
    • via Controller Inputs
    • via Emulator through ELF editing
    • any possible future methods (e.g. gameshark, or modified software/hardware)

Please start runs correctly. If you are unsure, please check this guide. If you are still unsure, message a moderator, or ask in the Discord server.

Making the use of these is permitted:
