Any% is a speedrun category known for having little to no restrictions. It is the fastest, and sometimes most difficult, speedrun category for most games.

Rules
The currently listed rules for Low Eco are as follows:
Making use of the following will invalidate a run without exceptions:
- Disc tray manipulation
- Any form of speeding-up the runtime of the game.
- via Progressive Scan
- any possible future methods (e.g. gameshark, or modified software/hardware)
- Emulators (ie. PCSX2)
- Enabling developer tools of any form (aka Debug Mode), this includes:
- via Controller Inputs
- via Emulator through ELF editing
- any possible future methods (e.g. gameshark, or modified software/hardware)
Please start runs correctly. If you are unsure, please check this guide. If you are still unsure, message a moderator, or ask in the Discord server.
Making the use of these is permitted:
- Playing from an SSD for the HD collection or on PS4 and 5
