Oranges skip was discovered by Rozer and Kuitar on August 24, 2018.
Other Notes
Rozer originally put forward the idea of skipping the oranges in the discord, showcasing the spot to jump from, but had not done it successfully with or without eco. (August 24, 2018)
Kuitar not long after managed to successfully skip oranges without any eco using that same jump. (August 24, 2018)
